Spring Sessions Filling Up Fast – Schedule Now

We’ve had a lot of inquiries about this lately, so we just want to remind everyone that we are only available on weekends for photo sessions. We have a handful of sessions still available this spring and we will be opening our calendar up for summer sessions soon. We’re not quite ready to start scheduling for fall yet, but we’ll be sure to make an announcement here and on Facebook when we do.

2013 Mother’s Day Mini-Sessions

Mother’s Day Mini-Sessions

Sunday, April 28th, 2013 (Rain date is Sunday, May 5th)

Location: TBD – in or around Winchester, VA

What better way to celebrate mom than with a picture of her family? We will be offering Mother’s Day mini-sessions on Sunday, April 28th at a location to be decided closer to the date. The location will be in or around Winchester.

Sessions will be 30 minutes in length and fee is $75, which includes shooting time, password-protected online gallery with 10-15 retouched images, and a DVD of full-res images with print release mailed to you. This is a savings of  $17.50! Session fee is due at booking (this keeps things running smoothly on session day and makes sure that you receive your full 30 minutes). No session spot is booked until fee is received and session fee is non-refundable. Payment can be made via PayPal (recommended for best chance of reserving your preferred time) or by mailing a check. Session fee is non-refundable. Sessions are available for families of five and under only. For larger families, please contact us before booking.

Session times available:

Preview galleries will be available within a week of session and CD will be mailed within 2 weeks. Professional prints are also available for an additional fee. All mini-session participants will receive a coupon code for 20% off of your prints order. Custom photo items (float wraps, canvas prints, metal prints, etc.) are also available.

In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule you to another available date (Rain date is Sunday, May 5th). In case of illness or other need to reschedule your session, 24 hours advance notice is required. Please provide us with a phone number you can be reached at on day of session. Please note that blemishes, scrapes, bruises, and things like runny noses can be retouched, so please don’t view those as a need to reschedule.

To sign up for a mini-session, please fill out the following form completely. Form must be filled out using a computer (phones and tablets will not submit). Choose your preferred method of payment and your choice in times. Please note that sometimes these sessions fill up quickly and times showing available when you sign up, may be unavailable by the time the form is submitted. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee you a spot unless you are sent a confirmation email. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm and arrange payment once the form is submitted.

The Olivia Act

We have selected two families to receive free family sessions as part of the The Olivia Act. We are so happy to be a part of this project and can’t wait to photograph these families! While this is something we hope to continue to offer, we apologize that we’re unable to accommodate every family that was nominated at this time. However, we are so blessed to see such kindness and heart in every nominator’s message to us. It’s so uplifting to see this kind of compassion in our community. Please keep paying your kindness and generosity forward! Thank you so much to everyone that sent in a nomination!

Happy New Year – First Shoot of 2013

Our first client of 2013 just arrived today. Kicking off the year with a newborn shoot this weekend :). We also hope to have Mother’s Day Mini-Session information available this week. Stay tuned!
